Therefore you can not say that because we can not know everything in memory from the past and the presence in our life that there could have been a life before we were born the way we are now. I could also be that there was no life before we were born.
Because of the lack of knowledge we have to refrain from assumptions about a before or afterlife. We can not possibly know anything about it.
